- We work with you to negotiate

happening
- the value (financial
& strategic) of the deal
- the quality of the deal
(do "smart"
deals)
- If you are currently in a
deal negotiation (or have a term sheet), we can help you
to make it better, higher quality and more valuable.
How does it
work ?
- Participate
in the Corporate Partner Connection - this is a
very short form to tell us what market problem you are solving
and the help you would like in establishing strategic relationships
with Corporate Partners
- We follow-up with you same
week we receive your information
- If we believe that we can
help your business, to make a difference in your venture,
and share in the inevitable ups and downs along the way
- then your assigned Project Manager (your PreFlight Ventures
liaison), will contact you to discuss the details
- Once you are in the network,
we will work with you to create a strategy to identify and
prioritize the Corporate Partners that you think will be
of the best benefit to your company
- We will find the appropriate
contacts within each Corporate Partner company (usually
CTOs, Business Development managers, Corporate Ventures,
Licensing, and Product divisions at Fortune 1,000 companies
) and will initiate a discussion of your technology (first
contact is non-confidential)
- With each contact, we look
to gain feedback from them in regards to your technology
in terms of interest from their company, fit within their
strategy, and questions and concerns
- The next step for each interested
contact is to facilitate setting up a meeting or conference
call between your company and the potential Corporate Partner
- Define and scope out potential
collaboration, deal structure, and process for execution
